Florida Cracker Cow.
The Florida Cracker is one of the oldest and rarest breeds of cattle in United States. It is descended from cattle brought to Florida by the Spanish in the early 16th century. The breed is also referred to as the Florida Scrub or just as the Cracker cow. They are small (generally weighing under 900 lbs), horned, and have wide color variation. They are valued for their hardiness and resistance to parasites.
